United Way of Treasure Valley Holiday Helper 2023!

Together with 750 volunteers, United Way of Treasure Valley and partners built 3,500 care packages for students experiencing food insecurity to help bridge the gap during Thanksgiving break.

On November 8th and 9th at Expo Idaho, volunteers worked to fill care packages with shelf-stable food, hygiene items, and more. A special note was included in each care package to remind the recipient that they are deeply cared for by their community.

Thank you to Albertsons, Gardner Company, Boise Cascade, KLA Foundation, Windermere Real Estate Professionals, St. Luke’s Health System, CS Beef Packers, Hawkins Company, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers 291, Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, Lyle Pearson, Montana Dakota Utilities, PacificSource Health Plans, Simplot, Southwest Idaho Eastern Oregon Building and Construction Trades Council, DL Evans Bank, The Network Operations Co., RedBuilt, Steve & Pilar Dobbs, Umpqua Bank, Clare Thibeau Coaching, and Kimberly Tower for your sponsorships!
